Your Complete Guide to the Rules of the Platform

01 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply throughout the entirety of these Terms and Conditions:

• "33pka" / "Platform" / "We" / "Us" — refers to the operator of 33pka.net and all associated services, operating under an international gaming license.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" — refers to any individual who has registered an account on 33pka.net or who accesses any part of the 33pka platform.
• "Account" — refers to the personal gaming account registered by a Player on 33pka, containing a PKR balance, transaction history, and associated personal information.
• "Services" — collectively refers to all gaming, betting, casino, payment, and account management facilities provided by 33pka, including cricket betting, live casino, online slots, Callbreak, Deuces Wild video poker, and all related features.
• "PKR" / "Rupees" — refers to Pakistani Rupees, the currency in which all 33pka account balances are maintained and all transactions are processed.
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to any promotional credits, free spins, or matched deposit bonuses credited to a Player's account by 33pka pursuant to active promotions.
• "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal as real PKR funds.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — refers to any territory where participation in real-money online gaming is explicitly prohibited under applicable local legislation.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the 33pka platform — including but not limited to creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, playing any casino game, or accessing the 33pka login page — you are conclusively deemed to have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease all use of the 33pka platform and close your account if one exists. Continued use of 33pka following the publication of any amendments to these Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms.

03 Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

The 33pka platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This is an absolute and non-negotiable requirement under 33pka's international gaming license. By registering an account, you represent, warrant, and affirm that you are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.

3.2 Jurisdiction

You are responsible for determining whether access to and use of the 33pka platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 33pka makes no representation that its services are appropriate or available for use in any specific location. Players accessing 33pka from Prohibited Jurisdictions do so at their own risk and 33pka accepts no liability in such circumstances.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active 33pka account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or identity documents — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be closed without notice and any associated balances, including winnings, may be voided.

3.4 Personal Use

The 33pka platform is provided for personal, recreational use only. Players may not use the platform on behalf of any third party, as part of any commercial arrangement, or in connection with any systematic approach designed to gain an unfair advantage over 33pka's gaming systems.

04 Account Registration & Verification

4.1 Registration Information

When creating a 33pka account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name as it appears on your Pakistani CNIC, a valid email address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension and/or closure.

4.2 KYC Verification

33pka reserves the right to request Know Your Customer ("KYC") documentation at any time, including but not limited to: a copy of your valid Pakistani CNIC, proof of registered address, and proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of JazzCash or EasyPaisa registration). Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 33pka account login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. You must notify 33pka support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. 33pka will never ask for your password via any communication channel.

05 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

33pka currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Habib Bank Limited (HBL), United Bank Limited (UBL), and Meezan Bank. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 33pka does not impose transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals made through these methods; however, your payment service provider may apply their own charges, for which 33pka accepts no responsibility.

5.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal Limits

• Minimum Deposit: Rs 500 per transaction.
• Minimum Withdrawal: Rs 500 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and may be adjusted based on your account verification level.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) are processed same-day during business hours.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. 33pka reserves the right to request additional identity or payment verification before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are only permitted after the applicable Wagering Requirement has been satisfied in full.

5.4 Dormant Account Policy

An account is considered dormant if no login activity is recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. 33pka reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts. Players will be notified via their registered email address before any fee is applied. The balance in a dormant account will never be reduced below zero.

06 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, and VIP rewards offered by 33pka are subject to these General Terms and Conditions in addition to any specific promotional terms published at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between specific promotional terms and these General Terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in specific promotional terms, all Bonus Funds credited to your 33pka account must be wagered a minimum number of times before they are eligible for withdrawal. The applicable Wagering Requirement will be stated clearly in the relevant promotional terms. Different game categories may contribute differently to wagering requirement completion — for example, live casino table games typically contribute at a lower rate than slot games.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

33pka prohibits the systematic exploitation of bonus offers. Actions deemed to constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: using Bonus Funds solely to meet minimum bet requirements without genuine gaming intent, coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures, or using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once. 33pka reserves the right to void Bonus Funds and associated winnings in cases of suspected abuse.

07 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

7.1 Certified Random Number Generation

All non-live casino games available at 33pka — including online slots, Deuces Wild video poker, instant games, and virtual table games — operate using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). The RNG has been independently tested and certified by internationally recognised testing laboratories. 33pka publishes accurate Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all games, which reflect independently verified long-term theoretical return rates.

7.2 Cricket & Sports Betting Rules

Cricket and sports betting at 33pka is governed by specific Sports Betting Rules published within the betting section of the platform. In the event of match abandonment, the application of rules relating to dead heats, postponement, or disputes, the 33pka Sports Betting Rules shall apply. PSL and international cricket betting markets are subject to the relevant cricket governing body's official match results as declared by the ICC or PCB.

7.3 Callbreak Rules

Callbreak games at 33pka follow the standard Pakistani Callbreak rules as applied across the platform. In the event of a disconnection during a live game, the system will apply the best available outcome from the hand in progress based on the cards played at the time of disconnection. 33pka accepts no liability for losses resulting from network connectivity issues beyond our control.

7.4 Errors & Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communications failure during the course of a game at 33pka, all affected bets and rounds will be declared void and stakes returned to the Player's account. 33pka reserves the right to void any bet placed that was facilitated by a system error that resulted in incorrect odds, game outcomes, or betting markets being displayed.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 33pka platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal or payment information during registration or KYC processes.
• Creating, operating, or using more than one 33pka account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the 33pka platform or gain an advantage in any game.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including pre-agreed plays in live casino games or sports betting syndicate activities.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the 33pka platform.
• Using the 33pka platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financially illegal activity.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening 33pka staff, support agents, or other players via any communication channel.
• Exploiting any technical error, software vulnerability, or misconfigured betting market to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to circumvent responsible gaming tools including self-exclusion restrictions by registering under different credentials.

09 Responsible Gaming

If your gaming habits are causing financial, personal, or psychological distress, 33pka urges you to make use of the responsible gaming tools available within your account.

9.1 Available Tools

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you deposit into your 33pka account.
• Loss Limits — Define a maximum allowable loss in a specified period, after which betting access is automatically paused.
• Session Time Limits — Set a maximum continuous play session duration after which your account is automatically logged out.
• Reality Check Notifications — Receive periodic reminders of your current session duration and net position.
• Self-Exclusion — Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the 33pka platform at any time by contacting support.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 33pka platform — including but not limited to the 33pka brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, game content, text, and data — is the exclusive property of 33pka or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 33pka platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the 33pka platform without the prior written consent of 33pka. Unauthorised use of 33pka's intellectual property will constitute a material breach of this Agreement and may expose you to legal liability.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 33pka, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the 33pka platform, including but not limited to loss of gaming opportunities, loss of anticipated winnings, or loss of data.

33pka's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 33pka account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

33pka collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by Players in connection with account registration, identity verification, payment processing, and customer support interactions. All data handling is conducted in accordance with 33pka's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement.

By registering a 33pka account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 33pka does not sell Player personal data to third parties. Data is shared with third-party service providers only to the extent necessary to operate the platform, comply with legal obligations (including anti-money laundering regulations), and process payments via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank.

13 Amendments to These Terms

33pka reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect Player rights or obligations — 33pka will provide reasonable notice via the registered email address associated with your account and/or via a prominent notification on the 33pka platform.

Amendments take effect from the date published on this page. Your continued use of the 33pka platform following publication of any amendments constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the platform and close your account immediately.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 33pka holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with 33pka's customer support team shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised international arbitration body.
